Senior SAP SD Consultant, S/4HANA - Remote Contract Position

We're supporting a client's major global S/4HANA transformation programme and looking for an experienced Senior SAP SD Consultant to strengthen the rollout team. This role focuses on the continued development of a specialized template and its implementation at a key European site. This is a full‑time remote contract starting end of July / early August 2026 , initially running until December 2026 , with a strong likelihood of extension into July/August 2027 . Project Scope You will support the SAP SD workstream for a large-scale S/4HANA rollout, contributing to template development and site implementation activities. The environment is fast-moving, collaborative, and highly cross-functional. Responsibilities • Drive SAP SD design, configuration, and optimisation in an S/4HANA rollout context • Contribute to the Drug Substance template and site implementation • Collaborate closely with SD, MM, FI/CO and cross-functional teams • Troubleshoot complex SD issues and provide debugging support • Support testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities • Work independently in a senior consulting capacity Required Experience • Senior-level SAP SD consulting background • Proven experience in SAP R/3 and S/4HANA rollout or implementation projects • Strong expertise across end-to-end Sales processes: • Sales Order Management • Pricing & Condition Management • Shipping & Delivery • Intercompany Billing • Distributed R/3 S/4 landscapes • Experience with RRB/RRICB processes • Experience with Bill & Hold solutions • Strong SD integration knowledge with FI/CO and MM • SAP debugging experience • Knowledge of IDoc and Intercompany processes • Experience with SAP Solution Manager Absolute Must-Haves • Deep hands-on SAP SD expertise across all core Sales processes • R/3 + S/4HANA rollout experience, ideally in distributed landscapes • Strong integration knowledge (FI/CO, MM) and debugging capability Nice to Have • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry Contract Details • Start: End of July / Beginning of August 2026 • Duration: Until December 2026 (extension likely to July/August 2027) • Location: 100% Remote • Workload: Full-time • Hours: 09:00–17:30 CET Interested?
