Social Media Content Creator & Designer

We're a global language services company looking for a creative who lives and breathes social media — someone who can concept, design, edit, and deliver content that actually performs. Not template work. Not cold AI-looking output. Real, human, scroll-stopping content that builds trust and connects with people. Our brand is about human communication across languages and cultures — so everything we create must feel warm, professional, and authentic, even when AI tools are part of the process. What you'll create: Content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Google Ads — Reels, Shorts, motion graphics, static designs, thumbnails, ad creatives, branded assets, and UGC-style videos that feel natural and relatable. What we need from you: • Adobe Premiere Pro or similar for video editing — After Effects for motion and animations — Photoshop and Illustrator for design and branding — Strong knowledge of AI content tools such as ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Runway, Synthesia, CapCut, or similar — Ability to balance AI-generated content with real human storytelling — A brain for hooks, scripts, subtitles, and short-form storytelling — Experience creating B2B content for professional audiences — 2+ years across different brands and projects — English at B2 level or above — A portfolio you're proud of Bonus points if you have: • Experience in the language, translation, or localization industry — Knowledge of UGC-style video production — Experience with Google Ads creatives To apply, please share: • Your portfolio or examples of social media content you have created — Examples of AI-assisted or AI-generated content — Examples of UGC-style or human-centered content — A list of AI tools you use regularly • One idea for a short video promoting translation or interpreting services in a human and emotional way Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.
