Position: Spanish (Spain) Audio Generalist Evaluator Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $50/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–20 hours/week Role Responsibilities • Transcribe and optimize audio and video content in Spanish (Spain) , ensuring clarity and accuracy. • Develop evaluation rubrics and grading guidelines in Spanish and English to ensure consistency. • Conduct model testing and grading to assess outputs for accuracy and fluency. • Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance in Spanish audio tasks. • Participate in QA and review cycles to maintain quality and reliability in datasets. • Collaborate with project leads to resolve ambiguities and improve task design. Qualifications Must-Have • Strong writing, editing, and critical thinking skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish (Spain) and professional fluency in English . • Familiarity with Peninsular Spanish, regional vocabulary, and contemporary language usage. • Ability to transcribe and analyze Spanish audio content accurately. Preferred • College students or recent graduates. • Background in linguistics, humanities, social sciences, journalism, translation/localization, or technical disciplines. • Experience with transcription, annotation, localization, evaluation, or research workflows in Spanish . • Familiarity with differences between Peninsular Spanish and Latin American Spanish varieties. • Interest in AI , language models, or applied research environments.
