About the Role We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join an embedded, outcome-focused engagement inside the client's engineering organization. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with an explicit second dimension: acting as a thought leader for the team's agentic engineering workflow — helping evolve the process, build out the team's AI tooling and skills, and model the right way to work AI-first. The core mission: get up to speed on the product fast, ship meaningfully across an Angular front-end and .NET backend, and anchor the team's transition to aspec-driven, AI-first development lifecycle. What You Will Work On • Build and maintain customer-facing web applications — Angular front-end,.NET backend APIs, SQL Server database, hosted in Azure. • Work spec-driven inside a Kanban SDLC: build AI-assisted implementation plans from specs, implement with agentic coding tools, and concentrate your judgment on planning, spec review, and code review. • Act as the team's agentic-workflow thought leader: evolve the development process, extend the team's AI plugin/skills, evaluate tooling, and coach teammates on working AI-first. • Optimize the application stack for efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security. • Write SQL queries and work comfortably with relational data behind the product. • Collaborate with Product, Development, and QA; communicate status, risks, and technical trade-offs clearly — including to non-technical audiences. What We Are Looking For • C# / .NET (5+ years, .NET 5+; current backend on .NET Core/.NET 8+). Production backend/API engineering on the modern .NET stack — not maintenance-only legacy work. • TypeScript / Angular (3+ years, Angular 2+; product front-end currently on a recent Angular version). • Agentic AI development fluency. Strong understanding of agentic codingtools and techniques — planning-first workflows, directing coding agentswith precise context, multi-model use, reviewing and hardening agentoutput. Production habit, not casual autocomplete use. • Product-level thinking. Ability to work from specs at a higher level than the code — question requirements, plan technically, and translate businessintent into sound implementation. Also required: • Experience writing SQL queries for SQL Server or other relational databases • Git, and familiarity with SDLC management tooling such as Azure DevOps;CI/CD understanding. • Excellent web app troubleshooting and debugging skills • Ability to break down technical language for non-technical audiences;strong written and verbal communication • Sense of ownership; able to work independently and as part of a team What This Is Not • Not an ML or data-science role — the AI processing pipeline belongs to a different team; this seat builds product with agentic tooling. • Not a casual-AI role — using AI as an occasional assistant does not meet the bar; the workflow is AI-default. • Not a code-only executor role — spec-level and product-level thinking arecore to the job. • Not a DBA role — working SQL ability is required, deep database administration is not. Why apply: • Work remotely from anywhere in Latin America. • Compensation in USD, 7k-8k. • Paid time off. • Work directly with business leaders and executive stakeholders across LATAM and the US.
