SSR DevOps Engineer (Azure)

Description We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure in Azure. This position is for a prominent American client , offering the opportunity to work closely with international teams in a dynamic and demanding environment. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, along with advanced English communication skills. We are particularly interested in candidates with strong hands-on experience in Azure troubleshooting and incident management . The ideal candidate should be comfortable diagnosing and resolving complex production issues, have excellent problem-solving abilities, and possess outstanding English communication skills to effectively interact with international teams during incident resolution and operational support. Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain scalable Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments and release processes. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of environments. • Lead and support Azure infrastructure troubleshooting, production incident management, and root cause analysis to ensure service reliability and minimize downtime. • Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to improve build and release workflows. • Implement security best practices and compliance standards across cloud environments. • Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations. • Participate in incident management and root cause analysis when necessary. Requirements Must-Have • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role. • Strong hands-on experience with Azure services and architecture. • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting Azure infrastructure issues and handling production incidents in cloud environments. • Strong incident management skills, including issue diagnosis, prioritization, communication, and coordination with technical teams. • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms. • Solid scripting skills using Bash, Python, and/or PowerShell. • Working knowledge of Linux servers and system administration. • Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles and hands-on experience with Ansible. • Experience managing or working with Nexus Repository Manager. • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. • Knowledge of change management processes and best practices. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders. • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate during incident response, troubleshooting sessions, and cross-functional collaboration. • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment. Nice-to-Have • Experience with Rancher or similar container management platforms. • Exposure to cloud infrastructure automation and orchestration tools. • Experience working in Agile environments. • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
