📍 Location: Remote 📄 Duration: Long-Term Contract 💼 Experience: 10+ Years We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with a strong Healthcare/Medicaid background to lead enterprise application delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and drive large-scale technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise healthcare applications from planning through production. • Manage Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and technical resources to ensure successful project execution. • Collaborate with business, architecture, engineering, QA, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions. • Drive project planning, resource allocation, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. • Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies, and delivery best practices. • Mentor teams, monitor performance, and support continuous process improvement. • Oversee cloud-native application delivery and modern technology adoption. Required Skills • 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Technical Delivery/Project Management . • Strong experience in Healthcare , with Medicaid domain expertise . • Experience managing enterprise software development and delivery teams. • Good understanding of Cloud-Native Architecture, Microservices, NoSQL, and Enterprise Applications . • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications • Prior hands-on software development experience. • Agile/Scrum certification is a plus. • Experience delivering large-scale healthcare modernization initiatives.
