Technical Recruiter – Ethiopia Location: Ethiopia (Remote) Type: Contract / Hourly Compensation: $7/hour About the Role We are looking for a Technical Recruiter based in Ethiopia to help us identify and recruit talented software developers. This role focuses on sourcing and identifying qualified developer candidates across Ethiopia. You will help build a strong pipeline of engineering talent by posting jobs, proactively reaching out to candidates, and leveraging your local network. This is an hourly contract role with flexible hours , ideal for someone with experience recruiting developers or working within the Ethiopian tech ecosystem.
