Your role You’ll be part of a dynamic travel operations team, supporting different stakeholders throughout the travel journey and helping ensure that requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of service. The role involves managing requests, coordinating with different partners, finding solutions, and handling unexpected situations in a fast-paced international environment. What we’re looking for: Position open only to residents of Brazil. 3+ years of experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or a related field Fluent English and Italian required.
