Video Editor (Performance / Paid Social)

We're looking for a Video Editor specializing in Performance / Paid Social to join a fast-growing, premium DTC brand as it scales its Meta advertising. You'll work hand-in-hand with our internal creative strategist, turning briefs and raw assets into high-performing video ads — from single concepts scaled into multiple hook variations to fully polished, on-brand content ready for paid distribution. Responsibilities • Edit video ads for Meta (paid social) at high volume and speed • Iterate on concepts (e.g. 5 hook variations from one video) • Maintain brand standards while optimizing for performance • Work from briefs and assets provided by an internal creative strategist Requirements • Strong direct response / paid social editing background • Fluency in what performs well on Meta • Ability to take direction quickly and execute at scale Preferred • Experience with DTC, pet food, or pet supplement brands • Performance-oriented mindset (understands consumer psychology, not just aesthetics) Benefits • Competitive salary in US dollars • Fully remote role • Performance bonus potential for winning ads Originally posted on Himalayas
